What do you get with a subscription?

You get a Buckt Box delivered directly to your door. Each box contains 8-10 tickets and activities; things you can go and do in your region over a two month period.

January/February’s box is valued at up to £90 and includes a free admission to BoingZone trampoline park, a free admission to the KeyHunter escape game, a discount on a helicopter tour and 6 other mystery activities.

March/April’s box is valued at up to £99 and includes a free admission to a Rage Room (you, a weapon of your choice, 30 minutes to smash a selection of items) as well as 7 other top activities.

What's the difference between the 'current' box and the 'next' box?

The ‘current’ box is the Buckt Box currently in circulation (if it’s March, it will be the March/April box for example), and will be delivered to you within 3-4 working days. It’s ideal for anyone whose friends are subscribing and they want to go along to the activities with them.
The ‘next’ box is the box set to come out after the ‘current’ box. If you subscribe from this box, it will arrive by the 3rd day of first month of that block. It’s ideal for anyone who wants to time the receipt of their box to a particular time of year, i.e. a birthday or annual leave from work.

How long do I have to sign up for?

For as long or as little as you like. You are signed up to a rolling contract, which means you can cancel at any time as long as you give us at least a weeks notice.

Where does Buckt operate? Where are the activities?

Buckt currently operates in the West Midlands meaning that all the activities are in this region. We will begin expanding into other areas from Summer 2017. Follow us on Facebook and Twitter to be the first to hear about our expansion.

If I get a group of my mates/colleagues to sign up, will we get a discount?

Yes! The more people that sign up, the cheaper it will work out per subscription. Just drop daniel@buckt.uk an email to discuss this further.

When will payments be taken out?

An initial payment will be taken out of your account within 3-5 working days and this is for your first box.

Your next payment will be taken out on the last day of the month preceding when you’re next box is due (i.e. the payment for March’s box will come out on the last day of February).

You will then be charged every two months on the last day of the month preceding your next box.

Scenarios:

  • Let’s say that you’ve purchased the ‘next’ box on the 4th February. An initial payment will come out within 3-5 working days. That will be for your MARCH/APRIL box. The following payment after that will come out on the 30th April, and that will be for the MAY/JUNE box and so on.
  • If you’ve purchased the ‘current’ box on the 4th February, an initial payment will come out within 3-5 working days for the current box in circulation (i.e. the JANUARY/FEBRUARY box). Your next payment after that will come out on the 28th February, and that will be for the MARCH/APRIL box and so on.

When will my box be delivered?

If you’ve subscribed from the ‘current’ box, your box will be with you within 3-4 working days.

If you’ve subscribed from the ‘next’ box, your box will be with by the 3rd day of that block of activity. I.e. if you’ve purchased the ‘next’ box on the 10th February, your box will be delivered by the 3rd March.

Am I committed to my Buckt subscription? Can I cancel?

Every subscriber get put onto a direct debit automatically, however you can cancel this at any time. You must give us a weeks notice before your next box is due, and can cancel by emailing ryan@buckt.uk.

How do I give Buckt to someone as a gift?

When you purchase, during checkout, you have the option of putting a different delivery address than the billing address. You also have the option to explain why you’re choosing a different delivery address: whether it’s because you’re sending it as a gift to someone else or not.

If you choose to say that it’s a gift, we will deliver it to the new address.

If I can't find exactly what I want or have any specific request, can I contact you?

Yes! We’re more than happy to take specific requests and we will try to accommodate you to the best of our ability/as much as is practically possible.
